Chains for transporting bales
Paper mill chains are components with long service life. A leaf chain in a paper mill is an investment of considerable volume, and therefore a long service life is expected of this chain. Usually, maintenance of plate chains is reduced to the minimum necessary, so they must be very reliable and trouble-free. The most serious requirement placed on a chain in the paper industry is the ability to withstand heavy loads. Paper rolls are very heavy, and the chain usually begins to move with a jerk, which causes a lot of friction at the start. Because of the friction, the pressure of the chain wheel especially stresses the bearings in the running rollers.
«CEPRUS» offers chains that operate smoothly even in the most demanding conditions. For the manufacturing of our chains, we only use bearings from well-known manufacturers who take responsibility for the quality of their products.
During manufacture, all chains are flame retardant painted. If necessary, we paint the chains in different colors that serve to attract attention.
